About My Disaster Recovery

My Resilience is an implementation of My Disaster Recovery website and has been customized to serve the needs of the pandemic recovery. My Resilience is a self-help service designed to help community members, first responders, medical providers, and others who have experienced significant stress/distress related to the pandemic. You will learn more about pandemic stress and how to cope more effectively with the effects of the crisis.

Not a Replacement for Counseling!

This educational self-help website is not intended to replace face-to-face/telehealth counseling. If you continue to experience significant distress and are not feeling better after working through this site, please talk to your doctor or call one of the crisis lines and consider seeking counseling from a traumatic stress specialist. You can use the site to help you learn more about post-disaster stress and decide whether to seek counseling through the seeking professional help section.
