How to Use This Site

My Resilience is an implementation of the original My Disaster Recovery and has been customized to serve the needs of the country recovering from the covid-19 pandemic. My Resilience is free and is provided by the UCCS National Resilience Institute. It was designed by experts in the field of trauma psychology. The My Resilience site helps individuals who have suffered from a disaster such as the pandemic understand common stress reactions that may occur after such an experience, and helps survivors to learn better ways to cope with these reactions.
