Triggers Log (pdf)
Use the Trigger Log form (print it out) to identify your own triggers and the reactions you have to them. Print it out and write down what triggered you, and the emotions, physical reactions, and thoughts you were having when you were triggered. Using this Log will help you see that over time, with repeated contact with your triggers, they become easier to confront and manage.
This interactive tool will be placed in the Mastery Tools section of your Travel Log.
